At Rise & Shine Social Enterprise, we provide positive support services to adults with different abilities. These services include residential care programs and a robust day activity program. Our residential care services include 24/7 Group Homes, Supported Living, In-Home hourly care, and day activity programs.

We create belonging and peace of mind by providing stable, relationship-first support that keeps people with IDD safe, known, respected, and connected to community—so they can grow independently and live with dignity.

Additionally, our goal is to provide a positive work experience for all our employees who are dedicated to our mission. We offer competitive wages, comprehensive medical insurance, and a generous benefits package.
